Uh oh what's goin on here???? Looks like I was blog stalkin again and fell into Averie Cooks vitamix! This recipe she posted at http://loveveggiesandyoga.com/2009/10/raw-vegan-chocolate-chip-cookie-dough.html had me at hello! My vitamix is now aka the magic cookie maker!!!! I'm soakin my nuts but not sure if that's necessary but will make this dough creamier i think maybe more like a dip. So I am going to just soak them for a little bit while I enjoy my herbal tea & muck about on The iPad for a while on the IIN site..... More later!

I need to tell everyone round 2. resurrected blogging?

I need to tell everyone about these NOW!! Zucchini chips rawk!! Made this batch in my dehydrate last night and am scarfing them down as my morning snack. I clearly need to make more next time. Or not share them with the hubs. After about 6 weeks of having zucchini raw every 4th day I gagged and seriously could not. Eat. Any. more. Again. Ever. I was afraid I ruined it for us. But thing was I was just burned out on them and my body was rejecting them. So I skipped a couple weeks and then only had it sautéed. Which when trying to stay raw this summer sidetracked me. But then.....I saw a post on Facebook or a blog or pinterest or someplace about zucchini chips. Duh!!! So I tried it, had a few and then he ate the rest. :( so this weekend I picked up a few more and made them last night for today's rotation of this lovely versatile veg! Used my mandoline to slice them up, brushed evoo and then made some w/ smoke sea salt, some with sea salt & hempseeds & some with Parma which is vegan parm cheese. All winner winner zucchini dinner!! Yum!

Health coaching and Arbonne products are my life now....even more so than stamping and cupcakes.... so stay tuned for a redesign of this page and i'll keep the cupcakes name for now.... but may be revamping that too.....

Have not posted in a

Have not posted in a long time! But I'm going to try to get back to it now that I am well into the food allergy/intolerance plan. I spent a week in Wichita KS for a family gathering & funeral for my father in law and got way off track on my eating plan. I am definitely feelin it and am all stuffy and have a sore throat which may be combo of food & enviro allergies. So it's time to get. Back. On. Track! Just another month & 1/2 before I add stuff back in to journal my reactions and I don't think tomatoes will be back for a while :( or maybe it was corn- tortillas or chips that did it but I feel like crap now. Time to clean up my food again. Today will be mango, hemp, avocado, & some squash or zucchini & maybe some kale. Have a great day!!!

Day 4 of the rotational

Day 4 of the rotational elimination diet.... Best breakfast so far..... I hate this diet because I am soooooo not a meal planner. I generally throw together in the morning, whatever I might feel like having that day. This is such a struggle for me when I'm limited to only certain things for that day and not my usual gamut of spices or foods.

The question of the day is: have you gone through a 12 week elimination diet and what are your favorite recipes or websites where you can plug in ingredients and find suitable recipes???
