My yummy yogurt parfait has So Delicious dairyfree coconut milk vanilla yogurt, frozen blueberries, cinnamon & cardamom, some chia seed & raw creamy almond butter ($4.99 at TJs-yay!!) I also chopped up two dates for the iron, potassium, fiber and other benefits to dates. They are one of the many healthiest foods around for centuries & add a sweet chewy kick to the parfait. In fact if you are craving chewy cookies try stuffing a pitted date with a raw almond and chomp on that!!! Way more nutritious and just as sweet and yummy as a cookie!!just go easy on them and treat them as an accessory or embellishment to your meal! Peace out!
